Grown in the rich soils of the Lower Columbia, our heirloom Black Mitcham Peppermint and Native Spearmint are cultivated using time-honored methods passed down through three generations of the Seely family. We grow for flavor, not yield—because great mint can't be rushed.

From the wood-fired stills of the 1940s to our modern steam distillation process, every step we take honors the land, the plant, and the people behind it. Our mint oil is distilled only once, preserving the full bouquet and signature smoothness of Oregon mint.
